The Singh family has publicly alleged that Navjot’s death was not just a mere accident but it is a result of “criminal negligence”. The Singh family also claims that delaying in taking him to the nearest hospital was intentional.
A cab driver who witnessed the accident and later helped in transporting the injured recalled the horror. He said that the bike was hit hard from behind and the man was bleeding badly. He also claimed that his wife was continuously aksing for help but the accused insisted on taking them to her own hospital.
